From hot espresso drinks to cold brews, Dunkin’ has established a loyal following among coffee drinkers and enthusiasts across America. The latest CivicScience data show that nearly a third of U.S. adults are favorable to the chain’s coffee (31%), 23% are unfavorable, and 47% say they’re neutral toward it (excluding those who are unfamiliar with Dunkin’ coffee).
Ongoing data tracking reveals unique insights among these fans. For one, they are likely to “run on Dunkin” as data show that about 1-in-2 drink coffee ‘every day, without fail’ and an additional 26% drink it ‘most days’ (compared to 42% and 20% of the Gen Pop).
