Here are 3 Things to Know about Aerie Customers this week:
#1: Promotional mall events could generate more foot traffic at Aerie locations. Over a third of Aerie shoppers say they’re at least ‘somewhat interested’ in attending a promotional mall event, outpacing the Gen Pop.
#2: With most Aerie customers planning to do some of their holiday shopping online, what is their primary motivation for doing so? Most say they shop online for a ‘larger selection’ – 26% say this is their primary reason to shop online, compared to 7% of U.S. adults who are neutral or unfavorable to Aerie. Also notable, Aerie customers are far less likely to shop online to ‘avoid crowds’
#3: TikTok Shop could transform the way Aerie customers shop, given recent CivicScience data showing high interest among Gen Z, plus 29% of Aerie customers intend to use this TikTok feature.
