Due to the increased involvement in outdoor activities, the outdoor recreation industry has experienced tremendous growth. The sporting goods industry has seen a 6.7% growth per year on average in the United States between 2018 and 2023, and retail giant Dick’s Sporting Goods exceeded sales expectations for fiscal Q4 2022.
