Here are 3 Things to Know about Express Customers this week:

#1: Express fans are bullish on holiday gifting. They’re more than twice as likely as non-fans to say they plan to buy gifts for more people this year than last holiday.
#2: Price it right and consider last-minute promos. If they can’t find affordable gifts this year, Express shoppers are significantly more likely to buy a cheaper brand or switch retailers.

#3: Keep track of social consciousness as you get into post-holiday 2024 planning. Express shoppers are 10 points more likely than non-fans to say a brand’s social consciousness is essential in choosing where to shop and what they purchase. Not shown: Express shoppers are also more likely to switch to brands that share their values.
